Canada Day Sevens
Posted: May 30th, 2010The Barrhaven Scottish would like to invite any senior men’s team to compete in the Canada Day Sevens in Ottawa. A total of 16 Teams only will compete for prize money and bragging rights as Canada Day Sevens Champions. Entry Fee is $200 with $1000 up for grabs for the winning team. All games will take place in Barrhaven at South Nepean Park.

Welsh Touring Side Comes to Ottawa
Posted: May 12th, 2010Our local rugby community will be welcoming a Welsh touring side to Ottawa this weekend. Hailing from South Wales, the Abercynon RFC will compete in matches against the Ottawa Irish and Barrhaven Scottish at Twin Elm Rugby Park on Sunday, May 16th at 1:00pm and 2:30pm respectively.
A BBQ and social with both teams will follow. This promises to be a great afternoon of rugby. All supporters and fans are welcome!
