This summer sees the top international women’s rugby teams playing in the Canada Cup, right here in Ottawa.

Special Offer for High School Rugby Coaches

For just $10 a day they can see the world’s top international women’s rugby teams in action. And for $30 they will get a pass for all 4 days and all the games

In addition, Rugby Ottawa is pleased to extend a special package to support High School rugby coaches.

If a High School sells in excess of $1,000 of tickets (regardless of the adult/student split of ticket sales) the school will qualify for a 10% “refund”. Eg Sell $1,200 of tickets to students and parents and earn a $120 “refund” which can go towards new rugby equipment, rugby shirts or whatever you choose.

High School teams and supporters are encouraged to come in their school colours and show their true feelings for this great game.

Notes:

  • Cheques should be made payable to Twin Elm Rugby Park.
  • The credit earned cannot be subtracted from the money due, but will be sent to the school after the completion of the Tournament.
  • Credits will only be paid to an official school account.
  • Any tickets purchased by teachers and/or students directly from Ticket Master, or through other channels, are not included in this offer.
  • Tickets will be mailed, en masse, to one address within 7 to 10 days of receiving the cheque
  • Coaches, or a representative of the school, are responsible for collecting monies, forwarding a single cheque to Twin Elm Rugby Park, providing a single address for the tickets and distributing the tickets
  • Students should carry appropriate student ID when they attend the games.
  • We suggest coaches encourage kids to either buy a tournament package or pair up for individual tickets.That way they’ll save money, potentially.
  • When you have collected your monies and you are ready to send the cheque please send us an email at http://rugbyottawa.com/hstickets@canadacuprugby.ca.
  • You will need to state how many tickets you want, for which days, and at which price.
  • We will send you an email back confirming your tickets are reserved and telling you where to send the cheque.
