Saturday May 22 at 3:00 p.m. at Twin Elm Rugby Park, the Ottawa Selects U20 side played Niagara Lightning in the Rugby Canada national U20 competition.

Ottawa’s performance was vastly improved over recent years, but it wasn’t quite enough to win against a solid Lightning squad.

Ottawa tries from Devin Metzger and Nick Bent.  Niagara tries by Matt Wolfe, DanManchisi, Daniel Moore and Andrew Ferguson.

Ottawa plays Niagara again in Niagara July 3.
