Try-outs for the U20 rep side will take place at Twin Elm Rugby Park on Saturday, May 1 starting at 11:00 am followed by a game against Quebec on Sunday, May 2 starting at 12:00 noon.  Registration fee is $25.  

Kurt Dingwall has stepped forward this year as Manager for the U20 side, recruiting coaches Jeremy Nibogie, Bill Foster and Kevin McCleery.  Kurt is bringing strong organizational skills to the program along with a top flight coaching team to challenge past national champion, Niagara, and make the Eastern Ontario U20 side a contender against traditional powerhouses like Newfoundland, Toronto, BC and the Prairie Fire.

This year, the U20 side will be playing Niagara, home and away, for the right to challenge the Atlantic champion.  The winner of that game will play in the national final against the western Canada champion.  Additional exhibition games against quality teams are also planned.   (An alternative tournament format for determining the eastern Canada representative is currently under discussion).

2009 registration expires April 30.  This event will be covered under the special events provision.  However, we still encourage all players to register with their clubs for 2010 before May 1.
