q Rugby Kit (Team shorts & socks, mouth-guard, boots, braces, tape, water bottle)
q T-Shirt from 2008 trials (save for tournament BBQ)
q Clothes (Thursday – Sunday). Forecasted temperature approximately 25o C. (But be prepared for all weather)
q Jacket in case of rain / Sweatshirt
q Toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.)
q Medication if required
q Cooler & food supplies (if necessary)
q Bus stuff - Magazine, book, music (earphones), snacks. DVDs (14 hour bus trip)
q Camera
q MONEY – for 1 breakfast, 4 lunches, 3 suppers, snacks and souvenirs
q Each two bedroom unit has a refrigerator and microwave (We will also make grocery store run)
q Swim Suit & Towel
q Small bag for items required on bus – medication, toothbrush, sweatshirt, snacks, etc.
q Second bag stored under bus only accessible on arrival.

Wednesday July 9th
20:00 – Meet at College Square Mall (formerly Shoppers City West - Baseline & Woodroffe) near Loblaws
21:00 – Depart for Charlottetown
* The bus driver will be making scheduled stops on route as required by law
Thursday July 10th
03:30 – change drivers in Riviere du Loup
12:00 – Arrive in Charlottetown
13:00 – Brackley point beach or Charlottetown Mall (based on weather)
15:00 – Room assignments and check-in at Glendenning Hall
16:00 – Team training session
18:30 – Dinner
20:00 – 22:00 – Free time
23:00 – Room check and lights out
Friday July 11th
07:30 – Wake-up and Breakfast
08:45 – Travel to pitch
10:00 – U16 vs NFLD
13:00 – U18 vs Nova Scotia
14:00 – U16 vs PEI
17:00 – U18 vs NB
18:30 – Return to rooms
23:00 – Room check and lights out
Saturday July 12th
07:00 – Wake-up and Breakfast
08:00 – Travel to pitch
09:00 – U16 vs NB
10:00 – U18 vs NFLD
13:00 – U16 – 2 vs 3 semi final
14:00 – U16 – 1 vs 4 semi final
14:00 – U18 vs PEI
15 :30 – return to rooms to shower
19:00 - Tournament BBQ
20:00 – 22:00 – Free Time
23:00 – Room check and lights out
Sunday July 13th
09:00 – Wake-up and Breakfast
10:30 – Travel to pitch
12:00 – U16 Finals
14:00 – U18 Finals
16:30 – travel to Cari pool for showers
17:30 – dinner
18:30 – depart for Ottawa
Monday July 14th
02:00 – Change drivers in Riviere du Loup
08:00 – Arrive at Ottawa – drop offs St. Laurent Mall (East Side Marios), College Square Mall
Arrival time is an estimate – it will depend on the Sunday game schedule
We will pass around cell phones as we near Ottawa if arrival time changes
