Learn and play the exciting sport of flag rugby this winter! The Barrhaven Scottish Rugby Club is organizing a winter indoor flag rugby program for boys and girls from Ages 7 to 11. Everyone is welcome!

The sessions will be held at the Ben Franklin Park Superdome at the corner of Hunt Club and Greenbank Road every Saturday commencing January 12, 2008 and will continue until April 19, 2008. Time is from 5 to 6 p.m. There will be no sessions on the new Family Day long weekend (Saturday, February 16, 2008). There will also be no sessions on the Saturday of the March School Break (March 15, 2008). Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is required.

Young players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game of flag rugby from experienced coaches in a fun and friendly environment. All participants will participate actively in practices and games over the course of the program. Flag rugby is a safe and exciting version of the adult game! Please come out and give it a try! Cost for the program is $150 (includes t-shirt). You can register at the first session on Saturday, January 12 at 5.00 p.m. at the Dome. Spaces are limited.
